Hardware Developer

Who you are: 

As a Hardware Engineer you will be responsible for maintenance and development of hardware tools 
used in test automation. This includes searching for new solutions and design hardware, based on 
requirements coming from Harman’s internal projects. As a member of Global Test Automation team 
you could be ask to support Harman’s projects in hardware design as well.

What are your responsibilities: 


We’re looking for someone who owns it and takes it to the next level not just someone that wants a job; 

You will design, redesign and development of Hardware test tools base on requirements provided by 
test teams;

We will count on your support along the full hardware design process (schematic, PCB layout, testing, 
production);

It will be your responsibility to search for new hardware solutions available on a market. Preparing PoCs 
(proof of concept); 

You will create test prototypes with cooperation of software developers and test teams (worldwide); 

You will maintain and support the existing hardware tools (bug fixing, trouble shooting, replacing parts, 
redesign).


What skills you have: 
 

As an ideal candidate you have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or other relevant (IT related) 
specialization along with proven knowledge in test automation frameworks; 

Still, if you have at least 3 years of experience in hardware development, we will help you figure out the 
rest.
