    Requirements

    You have at least 1 year of experience in supporting enterprise applications;
    Experience with enterprise solution support in small in teams;
    Bachelor or Master degree in a technical domain;
    Experience and understanding of ITIL support delivery is considered an advantage;
    Problem solving and critical thinking skills;
    Communication in an structured and knowledgeable manner, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;
    You have a hands-on mentality;
    You are flexible, pro-active and a team player;
    Open to work in an international environment and to travel for short international engagements;
    You are fluent in English (spoken/written).

    Responsibilities

    Supporting ECM applications and platforms
    Troubleshoot, analyze complex issues, provide solutions
    Develop and configure change requests, fixes and solution enhancements
