In Romania, Goodyear Dunlop has been present since 1999 and it is represented by two different legal entities, Goodyear Dunlop Tires (Sales Office) and Goodyear Operations.

Goodyear Operations Romania is the Global Business Services Center of Goodyear Dunlop EMEA. The GBS Center in Bucharest started back in July 2011. The core mission of the Center has always been to provide internal customer satisfaction with the shared responsibility of delivery - Driving performance as ONE TEAM.

What WE are looking for:

Analytic thinking and problem-solving skills;
Willingness to discover and learn new thing;
Able to interact with different teams as needed thorough various media (face to face, phone, email, etc.);
Computer Science and Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems studies;
Good knowledge of VBA, .Net, SQL or others API;
Good English skills both written and verbal.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Work on simple automation requested by associates from GBS but also local teams;
Monitor existing robots via Orchestrator;
Create and maintained needed documentation for RPA projects;
Initial assessment of the potential for automation on processes;
Support RPA initiatives in the center: trainings, communication, events, etc.;
Support the implementation of bigger projects via testing, monitoring and hyper-care;
Technical support for programming language.
