Economics graduate, with more than 4 years’ experience in local and international accounting;
Excellent computer knowledge (especially EXCEL) plus ability to work with special accounting softwares (SAP);
Clear and concise communication both spoken and written in English;
Organized and pro-active attitude;
Comfortable having work reviewed and receiving constructive feedback.
Responsible for the preparation/ review of all primary accounting documents according to local compliance regulations;
Responsible for the accurate booking of all journal entries and accounting documents into the general ledger (depreciation, prepayments, re-evaluations);
Responsible for the accurate preparation of balance sheet and income statements and various other accounting statements and reports;
Reviews and checks the accuracy of journal vouchers, payroll records, sales and purchase ledgers etc;
Assist Inventory team in month end/year processes, offering operational help;
Operate all controls related to Inventory area;
Ensures compliance of Inventory transactions with fiscal law;
Ensure that the business projects requirements have included all the inventory accounting requirements for efficiency of the processes;
Ensure the proper allocation/ mapping of business transaction from the accounting perspective;
Actively participates in projects, bringing within the contribution of the team and Accounting department;
Identifies particular risks related to the transactions. Such risks refer to, but are not limited to: primary accounting documents, tax and legal aspects.
