    • English advanced level;
    • Previous experience in Product Support is preferable;
    • Detailed oriented;
    • Very good communication skills,
    • Good organizer, team work, multitasking;


    • Creates annual work orders for engineers as per their managers’ requests;
    • Daily cleanup of customer data in the Honeywell Databases;
    • Works to support or build up monthly engineers schedule;
    • Creates and sends preventive maintenance work orders, according to requests
    received from engineers or Service Leaders;
    • Follows up on work orders in order to get the issue fixed;
    • Identifies constantly the opportunities of improvement for own activity and
    department’s activities.
