    Requirements

    Proven working experience as a procurement specialist, facility /administrative/support services specialist;
    Proven working experience as a procurement manager, procurement officer or head of procurement;
    Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software;
    Talent in negotiations and networking;
    Attention to details, strong analytical and problem solving skills;
    Ability to plan and prioritize tasks;
    Efficient orientation to both result and clients and ability to work with tight deadline;
    High ethical person with well-developed ability to build trust-based relationship;
    BSc degree (Economics would be an advantage);
    Technical skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
    Strong proficiency in spoken and written Romanian and English, along with confident and selfdriven approach.

    Responsibilities

    Supporting the Procurement manager in implementing efficient sourcing strategies;
    Actively cooperating with internal clients / tech specifier (i.e. IT, HR, Facility, etc.) to ensure clarity and completeness of the specifications, according to expectations for the requested material /product/service;
    Based on requirements from internal clients/departments, determining probable sources, request offers from suppliers and evaluates the proposals for a variety of products and services, including corporate events;
    Participating at negotiations with external vendors to secure advantageous terms;
    Ensuring that all procurement and contracting guidelines and ethics are applied;
    Ensuring that all PR raised are correct and complete;
    Performing contract management for contracts within the scope of authority (i.e. administrative contracts). Ensures that the contractual terms are met, including service level respect, schedules contract renewal etc.;
    Performing continuous market research in various supplies of goods, materials and services, in order to identify most suitable suppliers;
    Assessing current and potential suppliers in terms of geographic footprint, product range, scope of services, market position, competitive pricing, terms and conditions, service level agreements etc.;
    Ensuring alignment with DB Schenker group practices;
    Performing other duties as assigned by direct superior and managers.
