    - 10+ years’ of HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in roles of increased responsibility with minimum 2 years managerial experiences
    - Proven experience in international environment and implementing global projects
    - Prior experience in matrix organization
    - Fluent English skills (spoken and written)
    - Demonstrable experience with data driven HR mindset and KPIs
    - Experience managing senior stakeholders (SeniorManager/Director/SeniorDirector)
    - Gravitas, with the ability to build trust, influence and execute
    - Highly collaborative outlook and a promoter of innovative solutions


    Your deliverables as Lead HR Advisor / HR Manager for Romania will include, but are not limited to, the following:
    - Providing advice and participating in organizational reviews and change processes together with Global HR Business Partners
    - Act as HR advisor for local management and team leads providing coaching and advice in HR related questions, policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements
    - Create and implement comprehensive and integrated policies, processes and procedures
    - Secure clean and trackable employee data using the HR systems
    - Drive initiatives to improve management and employee communication
    - Deliver ongoing HR projects and employee engagement activities
    - Drive the implementation of global people agenda with strong focus on Talent, Performance, Reward and Benefits.
    - Contribute in CSR and D&I project delivery
    - Partnering with the Site Leadership Team to build and execute Site Engagement Strategies
    - Build and maintain collaborative relationships with wider HR teams and business leaders across EMEA and globally
