Junior Net Revenue Management Specialist

From its establishment in Romania in 1994, Henkel successfully launched an important number of brands from Henkel international portfolio: Persil, Pur, Rex, Perwoll, Silan, Clin, Bref (Laundry & Home Care); Fa, Palette, Taft, Gliss, Schauma, Brillance, Syoss, Vademecum, Hattric (Beauty Care); Ceresit, Thomsit, Moment, Super Attak, Loctite and Teroson (Adhesives).
Education: University degree- preferably university degree in economic sciences
Experience: minimum 1 year on a similar position
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Excellent communication skills in English. Other major languages are a plus
Ability to follow detailed instructions to perform complicated analyses, as well as determine basic analyses required to support promotions, pricing, assortment decisions
Runs analytics, identifies opportunities, and supports decision-making on promotions, trade spend, pricing and assortments;
Analyzes market trends and creates associated reports for key brands and packs
Leads preparation for promo effectiveness reviews
Monitors pricing execution (e.g., consolidates and creates summary reports across accounts, channels, regions)
Works with brand teams to link brand objectives to pricing, assortment guidelines, promotions and trade allocation
Other tasks at the request of the direct manager
