• Edit CVs in RINF TECH format
• Update Taleo whenever necessary
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders (if applicable)
• Identify suitable candidates, depending on the roles they manage
• To promote the image of Rinf Tech in the relationship with the candidates
• To meet the quantitative target of recruitment
• Participate actively in organizing internships / RINF TECH Academy
• Identification of potential candidates in agreement with job description
• Identifying new and innovative search / sourcing methods
• Establishing the correct recruitment methods (company database, job sites, social media)
• Involvement in brand promotion activities, HR events, specialized courses and trainings
• Identify qualified candidates through the various recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google etc.)
• Contacting candidates (telephone screening) and interviewing
• Promoting client candidates and cosmetic CVs
• Check common interests / posts / connections and create a personalized speech
• Developing networking and building a pipeline of candidates with potential for employment
• Participate in organizing in-house activities (example: internships, RINF TECH Academy)
