    For our client, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, we are looking for a Partner Communication Specialist with English:

    Skills & Competencies:
    - Excellent language skills (oral/written)
    - Excellent: editorial skills
    - Excellent communication and presentation skills
    - Must Have: Strong Proficiency with MS Office especially Excel, HTML editorial (FrontPage, SharePoint Designer) knowledge or other HTML editors
    - Understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS)
    - Graphics editorial software (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, Flash);
    - Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment with discussions occurring via telephone and desktop sharing
    - Ability to manage and organize own time, be detail oriented and deliver consistently on schedule

    Responsabilitati

    Specific Responsibilities for Newsletter Communication:
    - Manage the complete electronic distribution mail process for your respective country(s);
    - Create/Manage the communication/media calendar to ensure the right mix and frequency of communications to partners;
    - Perform quality checks of all submitted content to ensure content relevance and language accuracy;
    - Upload content into the HP direct mailing system (eComm) including modifying artwork if necessary;
    - Perform quality checks of the system generate email ensuring correct alignment and proper functioning prior to final communication to partners;
    - Send out communication based on established EMEA standard process;
    - Gatekeeper of HP standards including protecting personal information;
    - Provide profiling change requests based on results of emailed communication results to the profiling teamSpecific -

    Responsibilities for the HP Partner Portal:
    - Becomes a subject matter expert (SME) on the structure of the HP Partner Portal and all the 3rd party applications available through HP Partner Portal for your respective country(s);
    - Monitor and ensure that all areas of HP Partner Portal have sufficient content for each of our targeted partner demographics (Direct, Indirect, Program and Retail Partners);
    - Monitor and ensure that the content published within HP Partner Portal is categorized correctly and relevant for each section;
    - Inform stakeholders of missing content and deficiencies and follow-up to ensure content availability
    - Solicit or select topics to promote within HP Partner Portal through creation and usage of ad banners and announcements;
    - Perform troubleshooting activities to understand why content is not being displayed;
    - Support publishers in publishing content correctly through HP’s content management system (3P, Liferay) and provide artwork as necessary;
    - Deliver Webinars and offer support to Partners on HP Partner Portal functionalities;

    General Responsibilities:
    - Understand HP Publishing standards and ensure compliance of these standards in HP Partner Portal (Private Data, Legal, Marketing, etc.);
    - Translate English content and/or artwork to local language as necessary;
    - Provide monthly/quarterly structured feedback on areas of improvement and best practices;
    - Participation in regular team activities (weekly calls, forums, etc.);
