Senior Technical Lending Designer

Euro-Testing Software Solutions is a privately-owned software company specialized in Full-Service Software Testing, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Identification & Management, Application and Data Security, Static & Dynamic Code Analysis as well as, DevOps/DevSecOps, Robotic Process Automation, Implementation and Customization for Atlassian and Micro Focus (HPE) products.

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in software development industry;
Analyze, design, customize and document the implementation of business processes and business rules;
Support business analysis and validate business requirements;
Deep knowledge of and proven experience in:
workflow design based on standard industries (ex. BPMN );
integration design related knowledge: REST API, SOA - create data integration mappings;
modern web enterprise application architecture;
Oracle, PL/SQL or other database;
UML or similar software documentation frameworks and tools.

CRITICAL COMPETENCES

Strong written communications, especially related to articulating technical;
Team player, self-motivated, well-organized, strong communicator, driven and committed;
Problem solving ability and strong analytical skills.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with any lending process (workflow / rule engine related products);
Application design, specifically within banking environment, products and processes specifications;
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence;
Screen mockup tools and software documentation tools.
