    The Switchboard Officer is responsible for all Amaris switchboard operations. The switchboard provides customer service by performing administrative telephone answering duties. The Operator/Dispatcher utilizes appropriate multi-line telephone equipment to answer basic and/or routine questions and route or transfer calls to appropriate destinations. The Operator/Dispatcher is responsible for receiving, coordinating, and disseminating critical information from and to multiple sources/resources within acceptable time frames.

    Ideal Candidate:
    You speak English & 2 EU Languages mandatory to apply (German, Italian, Spanish, French….);
    You have good communication skills and a customer oriented mind-set;
    You know how to prioritize and organize yourself;
    You are proficient in the Microsoft office pack;
    You are graduated from University and/or have experience in call centers or customer services. Ideally you had a long term experience abroad or worked in an international service;

    PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for answering incoming clinic telephone calls, properly screening and transferring calls to correct departments.


    Monitors and responds to all internal/ external call;
    Notifies appropriate personnel or companies;
    Maintains accurate documentation of all calls per procedure;
    Identifies reportable events and dispatches accordingly.


    Operates a multi-line telephone device. Responds verbally and uses TDD (text telephone device for hearing or speech impaired) to communicate with callers;
    Answers, evaluates and prioritizes incoming administrative line telephone calls, communicates effectively with callers obtaining complete and accurate information to determine the need(s) of the caller;
    Operates a computer terminal and retrieves information from various computerized resources to respond to queries and answer questions.
    Provides 999 BCS assistance for employees or different companies;
    Completes proper transfers or connections for incoming, outgoing and inter-office calls. Sends, routes, relays or refers callers or messages to the appropriate division or employee.
