Essential Requirements

4-6 years of experience in a Finance role
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to rapidly assimilate diverse data and make decisions
Strong understanding of business concepts and underlying details; ability to identify potential errors and make decisions regarding future business needs
Broad knowledge of financial analysis methods and the ability to recognize financial and accounting implications of business plans and decisions
Strong drive for results including initiative necessary to anticipate, recognize and solve for challenges/problems
Must demonstrate customer focus (internal and external), command skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity

Desirable Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance or related field.
Prior financial services experience a plus

Key Responsibilities


This Financial Analysis Advisor will be responsible for the Opex activities of North America. Responsibilities of this role also include execution of strategic initiatives, process improvements and monthly closes as well as support of ad-hoc financial analysis and particular, the analyst is required to:

Support close and forecast activities
Develop and maintain financial models and reports
Executive Management support including presenting results of analysis and make recommendations and preparation of business presentations,
Manage relationships with and provide support to cross-functional business partners
Perform variance analysis of financial results including insight that seeks answers to problems
Develop, analyze and report business unit metrics as appropriate
Anticipate potential issues and proactively act on them and review processes, propose and implement recommendations for improvement
