    Requirements

    o Bachelor Degree
    o 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in reporting, analysis, Visualization tools, Client/Partner interaction role
    o Must be proficient in understanding business metrics and be able to independently analyze, reconcile and prepare business insights for sales management;
    o Strong commitment to number accuracy
    o Strong analytical skills
    o Strong experience in Excel spreadsheet analysis with high attention to detail.
    o Excellent analytical and investigative abilities are required;
    o Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks and initiatives;
    o Works effectively under pressure (during specific period of the year such as quarter ends) and is comfortable with multitasking;
    o Works well with moderate supervision/guidance;
    o Fluent English is mandatory

    Responsibilities

    Operation/Business Intelligence:

    Provide periodical and ad-hoc reports based on an analysis from various data set/sources to support:
    o Program fee negotiations
    o Partner financial performance evaluation
    o Program quality monitoring


    Administration:
    o PO collection and collaboration with finance for PO proper booking
    o Contract preparation in collaboration with the business and legal teams
    o Ensure contract archiving and update and consolidate partner database as needed

    Drive Dashboards creations for different PTC internal customer
    Participate in Operational projects designed to improve processes and systems and drive change to improve data
    Occasional Back up for the system and support coordinator

    Your Team:

    o You will be one of the 3 members of the team in charge with providing operational leadership and support for Training Partner Programs.

    Your Impact:

    o The Junior Reporting Business Analyst provides decision support for the Services business unit through data collection, analysis, visualization tools and reporting. This position requires, in addition to a foundation of financial principals, statistical methods and analysis tools, a solid understanding of the Training Partner Program policies and procedures and transactions of the Customer Success business. In order to communicate to audiences within and without the Customer Success organization effective report preparation and presentation skills at both detail and summary levels are required.
