Expert International IT Recruiter (m/f)

neusta eastern europe is staffing high profile IT projects throughout Europe with a strong focus in  Germany and the Central European region. In essence, we secure freelance and permanent candidates for neusta projects as well as projects for partner companies. Both as individual resources or as a complete tech teams.


As one of the newest neusta companies, neusta eastern europe combines the development opportunities of a startup with the possibilities and security of the German team neusta group of over 1000 employees and 500 freelancers. Team neusta with its headquarters in Bremen and Hamburg is continuously growing and is now present in 10+ cities in Germany, France, Austria Switzerland and Romania. ● Identify candidates and execute contracts with IT experts from Romania and Eastern Europe
● Actively approach candidates and network at events
● Manage relationships with key contacts (freelancers & companies) across different countries
as well as maintaining communication with your colleagues in Germany
● Develop Eastern Europe recruiting in the Bucharest headquarters while continuously
improving the daily process
● Advise and prep candidates to successfully work and live abroad or remotely in an
international environment
● Design common or creative ways to fill current positions

● You are passionate about creating new contacts, not hesitating to pick up the phone and
expand your network every day
● You are genuinely interested in other people and have an intuitive sense for their strengths
● You work conscientiously and with precision
● You have the will to make every single search as successful as possible
● You are enthusiastic about the European idea and for connecting people, countries & cultures
● You have an understanding of IT topics and you are continuously staying up-to-date about
important developments
● You are a team player with a positive mindset
● You embrace a culture of growth in which mistakes are just another step to success
● You speak English fluently (German, French or another Eastern European language is a
plus)
● You have experience in IT recruitment (ideally, but not necessarily, with freelancers or
nearshoring)
