Recruitment Consultant - IT Recruitment
VON Consulting is an HR Consultancy company, providing solutions and services in the following areas: recruitment and executive search, personnel leasing, payroll, administration and training.Requirements
Previous relevant experience in IT recruitment (or other technical fields) – at least 1 -2 years)
Experience with various recruitment methodologies, tools and approaches.
English (at least B2-C1)
Can do attitude;
Honest, communicative and determinate, good sense of ethics;
Delivers recruitment and selection solutions, especially on IT roles. Develops recruitment projects in order to cover company’s requirements (needs).
Delivers the best candidates for all vacant jobs, as agreed in the SLAs.
Uses the best suited methods and tools, in order to attract best candidates.
Recommends appropriate recruitment and selection tools as well as any improvements to the already existing tools and programs.
Provides counseling/ advice to internal clients, business partners, or HRM team, within his/her area of expertise.
Uses every direct or indirect contact with candidates in order to offer them a unique experience.
Takes part in Kickoff meetings for every new role.
Collaborates with HR Admins for scheduling interviews and take part in interviews with candidates, along with Local TLs/Managers and Service Owners.
Reporting – reports weekly to the Transition Management.
Record keeping – hiring tracker maintenance for the assigned roles.
Jobs Posting – assisting HR admins with hints or recommendation in order to have better coverage and applicants.
In the first 3-6 months of the contract you will be outsourced/detached to one of our clients (in Bucharest), a telecom technology center for Europe. After this period, you will continue working as part of the internal VON Consulting team of Recruitment Consultants.
