Degree level in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
At least 3 years of marketing and communications experience, ideally in a B2B organization;
Proven experience managing marketing campaigns (exposure to multi-channel marketing), report generation and presentation;
Strong written and editorial communication skills in both English and Romanian, quality standards and an eye for detail;
Proven experience using style, tone, and voice to convey communications' objectives; Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders;
Proven experience planning and managing projects and making autonomous decisions; Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment to drive alignment to marketing objectives;
Demonstrable experience working effectively in a high paced, integrated marketing team-based environment;
Ability to manage external vendors and internal stakeholders through influence management and conflict resolution;
Able to work as part of a team as well as independently;
Able to juggle many tasks effectively;
You will provide broad marketing and communications support across a wide range of initiatives, including, but not limited to:
Develop and disseminate the marketing and communications content across various channels – printed and digital publications, web, social media, e-mail - in accordance with our content marketing strategy;
Conceive printed and digital presentation materials.
Review content projects to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, offering, positioning and content strategy;
Own specific marketing projects from design, implementation to execution, promotion and performance assessment;
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with the press, representatives of industry associations, chambers of commerce and service providers (advertising agencies, printing houses etc.);
Monitor campaigns marketing metrics (traffic, conversions) and propose measures in order to raise their efficiency;
Conduct market research, surveys and media monitoring to identify market trends;
Plan and organize internal events
