    Responsabilitati

    Oferirea de asistenta / suport functional catre clienti (departamente de Customer Ops, Marketing) in folosirea platformei de CRM

    Trainingul echipelor operationale de hotel sau restaurant in ce priveste functionalitatile de CRM oferite de Expremio

    Documentarea functionalitatilor in ce priveste folosirea platformei noastre de CRM
    campaniilor de email marketing la clienti

    Folosind interogarilor SQL pentru a prezenta rapoarte de utilizare a aplicatiilor mobile sau a beneficiilor de fidelitate sau pentru identificarea eventualelor probleme de suport aparute

    Configurarea elementelor personalizate fiecarui client, precum vouchere de discount, trimiteri de tip push notifications sau articole

    Intelegerea si investigarea tuturor cerintelor venite din partea clientilor companiei cu privire la modul de functionare al platformei CRM

    Raportare lunara catre clientii Expremio cu privire la evolutia folosirii aplicatiilor de mobil si/sau a programelor de fidelitate

    Testarea functionalitatilor dezvoltate de catre Expremio si raportarea cat mai a clara a problemelor identificate

    Investigarea problemelor tehnice raportate de catre client in aplicatiile de mobile si programele de fidelitate
