For our client, a software company, we are looking for a Customer Support Senior.

If you are a proactive and organized personality and you have:

• Experience working with customers
• English (written and spoken)
• Good communication and time management skills
• Advanced computer skills

You should be able to:

• Maintain a positive, empathic and professional attitude towards clients
• Provide support to customers regarding the account issues
• Build and maintain a strong and long-lasting relationship with clients
• Present solutions to the clients according to their needs and objectives
• Offer new business opportunities to existing clients and identifies ways to improve the businesses
• Solve the demands of the clients according to their needs
• Manage a large amount of incoming calls from customers
