    •Strong customer orientation
    •BA degree
    •Time management skills and capacity to identify priorities
    •Very good planning and organization skills,
    •Diplomacy and an appreciation of the importance of working with confidential information
    •Good communication level in English
    •Good Excel Microsoft Office skills


    Collects changes during the month with impact on individual labour contract and ensures that employee files are updated
    •Collects changes during the month in terms of benefits, aids, extra payments, withholdings as input to be submitted in time to external providers. This includes final approval of all payroll related data before the final payment authorization;
    •Timesheets management – medical leaves, supporting documents for special time off
    •Reports for the purpose of compensation and benefits analysis
    •Benefits order – e.g. medical services, meal tickets, vacation / gift vouchers
    •Employee support on HR Admin, Payroll and Benefits
