DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coach teams and individuals on surpassing themselves in rapidly generating value for their customers;
* Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Development Teams and other leadership roles;
* Help teams grow into self-managing and self-organizing teams;
* Prepare and implement an environment for quick growth;
* Fight for clarity and value, as outcomes of interdependent teams;
* Act as Scrum master for various initiatives with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work;
* Nurture events that inspire the evolution of agility throughout the company;
* Design and deliver Lean-Agile training and workshop sessions to anyone from the Metro Group;
* Contribute to the overall strategy of Enterprise Agility and Business Agility;
* Continuously improve their Lean-Agile knowledge and skills according to the organizational needs;
* Very good knowledge and experience with Lean-Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, eXtreme Programming, etc;
* Medium to Good Scrum Master Experience;
* Medium knowledge and experience with Scaling Frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums, etc);
* Experience in delivering effective training classes on a variety of Agile related topics as well as contribute to their design;
* Medium to good knowledge of the software development lifecycle;
* Basic knowledge of architecture, design, development and testing is required;
* Experience in working with Atlassian suite would be a plus;
* Ability to manage organizational change initiatives;
* Very good people skills: motivate, observe, give feedback, emphatize;
* Good conflict management skills;
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence a group of individuals;
* Innovative thinking and willingness to take initiative;
* Flexible and resilient; Good adaptability to fast changing circumstances;
* Very good level of English;
* German would be a plus;
