    Our client is offering full infrastructure and applications support services for large and medium-sized companies, custom web and integration layer development, ERP (SAP and Oracle EBS) implementations and support, cloud applications development, hosting and maintenance.     We are looking for an HR Specialist with hands on experience in directing and
    participating at the complete life cycle of job placement, labor relations, company policies and personnel files managing.

    Position requirements:

    -Bachelor`s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Communication or related field;
    -At least 5 years of experience in HR;
    -Keen understanding of labor laws in order to ensure compliance;
    -Previous experience in recruiting in the IT field;
    -Professional and approachable;
    -Good command of written and spoken English;
    -Strong organizational skills (Teambuilding/parties);
    -Discreet people person, fair, tactful and firm.


    Main responsibilities:

    -Identify employer`s needs and direct the process of finding suitable candidates to meet them;
    -Examine job description and qualifications to determine applicant requirements;
    -Screen job candidates, conduct interviews and perform background checks;
    -Orient new hires by explaining company policies, procedures and benefits;
    -Process hire paperwork and fulfill legal requirements;
    -Interpret labor laws and administer them accordingly;
    -Preserve productive and insightful communication with the members of the board;
    -Develop personnel procedures, compensation benefits programs;
    -Maintain and update all personnel files (approx. 50 employees);
    -Keep time-sheets.
