    Experienta de minim 2 - 3 ani in calitate de Operator Facturare Asistent Vanzari IKA;
    Cunoasterea foarte buna a Microsoft Office (Excel PivotTable, Word, Power Point), EDI;
    Abilitati excelente de analiza si sintetizare a datelor: diferite tipologii de rapoarte (prognoze, bugete, rapoarte comparative de vanzari);
    Abilitatea de a interpreta si corela informațiile, de a prioritiza sarcinile, de a analiza, interpreta si prezenta rapoarte complexe de vanzari;
    Persoana organizata, atenta la detalii si spirit de initiativa;
    Engleza nivelul B1.


    Introducerea comenzilor in sistem si facturare;
    Emiterea documentelor (avize, facturi, declaratii) pentru livrare;
    Introducerea facturilor in PORTALUL clientilor dupa livrare;
    Eliberarea facturilor de corectie (cand apar) si emiterea facturilor de returnare (ocazional);
    Urmarirea stocurilor de marfuri si promovarea promotiilor catre clienti;
    Pregatirea periodica a rapoartelor pentru echipa de management si vanzari;
    Urmarirea si evaluarea nivelului de stoc al produselor fata de previziunile lunare;
    Elaborarea de rapoarte si analize pe baza sistemelor de raportare ale companiei;
    Analiza tendintelor evolutiei vanzarilor lunare la nivelul societatii si raportarea concluziilor catre management.
