    Requirements

    - 1-3 years experience marketing, preferably direct marketing;
    - English language – full proefficiency;
    - Great analytical skills, good with numbers, with strong Excel, BI and reporting skills (in-depth channel analysis);
    - Strong project and time management skills;
    - Great communicator and team player with a growth mindset;
    - Good knowledge of digital marketing enviroment;
    - Availability for flexibile working hours during peak periods (Black Friday, big sales events, etc).

    Nice to have:

    - +1 year experience in ecommerce;
    - Basic knowlegde of HTML;
    - Experience in working with direct marketing platforms.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities

    - Planning the direct marketing calendar for all 3 countries;
    - Acting as SPoC when working with cross-functional teams (visual, marketing and commercial teams);
    - Responsible for executing direct marketing campaigns (newsletters, web&mobile push notifications, automation events/triggers);
    - Accountable for channel performance and efectivness. Main KPIs monitoring: open rate, CTR, subscribing & unscribing rates, conversion rate;
    - Strong focus on database management and customer segmentation;
    - Gathering learnings and insights, then acting based on them by proposing new campaings;
    - Continuous communication with stakeholders (marketing and commercial).
