What your profile should cover:

» Great communication skills in Romanian and English

» Productive and digital working skills in various systems (MS Excel, Outlook, Skype, Intranet, Social Media, HR Systems etc.)
» A university degree and the Human Resources/Payroll Certificate
» >3 years of job experience in HR (administration, payroll, services)
» Good knowledge and understanding of the labor law including social security, taxation and GDPR
You will be responsible:
…for ensuring smooth, efficient and high quality personnel administration, data and reporting processes
…for the overall payroll-process and manage the interfaces to our external provider and internal customers
…for the coordination of employment contracts, modifications and terminations
…for the internal communication to our colleagues and managers in administration, payroll as well as time and attendance related matters
…for managing contracts and invoices of our third party providers
