    Cerinte

    Education, level of experience:

    SHE experience and background (>5-7yr), last 3 years mandatory experience as SHE manager;
    Health and safety mandatory certifications/authorizations;
    Experience in SHE audit is a plus;
    SHE experience in FMCG is a plus.

    Technical skills, abilities, general competencies:

    Familiar with multiple site safety performance;
    Able to act on all levels in the organization;
    Aware of cultural diversity;
    Speaks multiple languages, especially English;
    Good social and communication skills;
    Proactive, dynamic person;
    Confident and persuasive;
    Driving license.

    Responsabilitati

    Main areas of responsibilities

    Objectives:

    Contribute to the development of the BG SHE policy, targets and objectives. Assist the company management and operational management to define the local SHE strategy, policy and priorities, in line with the global ones, by applying the country risk-based approach and cascade it down;
    Support affiliates with Accident Analysis and implementation of corrective actions
    Support affiliates with monitoring safety at (if any) construction sites and during shut down and demolition phase;
    Develop annual SHE audit plan and actively participate to (SHE) audits (if necessary);
    Act as a coach on a wide range of BG specific SHE aspects
    Write, implement and review (SHE) procedures (. Life-Saving Rules, accident analysis)
    Participate to BG SHE & SC workgroups and meetings, (like SHE Steering Committee (SHE Master Pillar), CI Steering Committee, Safety Training harmonization team, workgroup to reinforce ENV, backup ATEX workgroup);
    Monitor factory, country, cluster and BG (SHE) performance (KPI);
    Provide Safety (Leadership) training;
    Advice local (plant) management on collective as well as individual improvement initiatives.
