Your Mission:

Next to the Data Protection Officer, it is the guarantee of the protection of personal data as well as the consultant of the Data Controller for Data Processing Record, Privacy Impact Assessment and fair processing of personal data.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Participate in all meetings in which new or existing processes are established, implemented and / or modified;
•  Provides support to Project Managers and Operations Managers to be able to identify that the information found in the Data Protection Regulation and Privacy Impact Assessment does not differ from what is stipulated at contract level in the contracts between SG EBS and its Clients;
• Collects information from Procurement function in order to establish all SG EBS subcontractors and updates the DPR accordingly; Simultaneously with the introduction of a subcontractor in the DPR, it analyzes the existence of the specific clauses regarding the processing of the data in the contract between the respective subcontractor and SG EBS, and in the absence of these clauses and annexes informs the Data Protection Officer;
• Collaborates with the Data Protection Officer whenever updating the Data Processing Registry and implements its requirements and recommendations;
• Responsible for Performing the Privacy Impact Assessment for all processes within the EBS DPR, in accordance with business requirements and in accordance with applicable legal requirements;
• Responsible only for sustaining Privacy Impact Assessment exercise, communication and monitoring of the measures proposed by the Data Protection Officer and / or CISO, but is not responsible for the effective implementation of such measures;
• Subsequent to the fulfillment of Privacy Impact Assessment, for each individual process, submits the Privacy Impact Assessment to the Data Protection Officer for analysis and for collecting the DPO opinion;

A little about You:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in law field;
• Experience in areas such as: Process Management / Process Support / Process Design; Compliance / Data Privacy; Project management;
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of Personal Data Protection;
• Advanced in English, French is a plus;
