    •2-3 years of experience as an HTML programmer or similar position;
    •Proven experience as project manager;
    •Previous experience in the automotive industry would be a plus;
    •Proficient knowledge and use of English and French languages;
    •Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package;
    •Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator;
    •Proficiency in HTML and CSS;
    •Adobe Campaign, Adobe Content Manager, Google Analytics- would be a plus;
    •Experience in CRM applications would be a plus;
    •Good understanding of the digital environment.


    •Develops template masters in HTML (emailing, mailing, banners-GIF) according to the guidelines of the digital charts;
    •Adapts the HTML template masters to fit to local specificities: localizes URLs, adapts visuals to meet customer expectations and local services, text translations, etc
    •Tests the templates produced in Adobe Campaign with the Central teams;
    •Coordinates the deployment of the content with the regions/countries by the time the campaigns are being sent to the customers by respecting the planning previously established;
    •Monitors the performance of the content delivered through regular calls with the countries;
    •Follows-up with the countries to identify the best practices as well as performance problems;
    •Proposes improvement solutions for the templates;
    •Updates regularly the master templates produced by implementing the best identified practices;
    •Works closely with the CRM team in Central (receives campaign briefs, participates in status meetings, communicates the planning);
    •Draws up the documentation for the processes.
