    Requirements

    Advanced English, with excellent written and oral communication skills;
    One year of secretarial and administrative experience;
    Good communications skills, well organized person with a professional and helpful attitude;
    Available to start immediately.

    Responsibilities

    Answering telephone calls and greeting visitors;
    Photocopying and scanning documents;
    Receiving and sending correspondence;
    Organizing conference calls, video conferences, external and internal meetings;
    Making travel arrangements (taxis, flights, hotels);
    Making translations;
    Being responsible for other secretarial and administrative duties when required.
