    Requirements

    Proven sales and relationship track record in the technology space
    Understanding of the technology industry, trends, challenges and opportunities for growth
    Good understanding of the staffing process
    Results driven, positive and team worker
    Able to successfully communicate Brainspotting’s vision and process to prospective clients
    Familiar and comfortable with both cold and warm pitching
    English advanced

    Responsibilities

    Job role: Responsible for managing our sales and growth efforts for the technology talent contracting division.

    Responsibilities:
    Facilitate the sale and delivery of the contracting projects
    Develop and maintain close relationships with clients
    Set quality and service expectations to clients, provide feedback on market conditions
    Maintain a consistent and superior brand identity when making sales presentations, proposals, and preparing bids
    Educate and promote our methodology and unique selling proposition (USP)
    Drive deal structuring & contract negotiations
    Develop concepts and solutions based on client specific needs or Brainspotting differentiation drivers
    Smoothly transition deals from sales into active projects
