Graduated from a Bachelor degree with specialization in HR;
Previous experience in General HR is required;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required;
Previous experience in delivering a high level of customer service is considered a plus;
Having good organising skills and be able to develop plans and pollicies;
Has a proactive mind-set and ability to multi-task;
Influencing and negotiating skills to implement new policies;
Proficiency in Microsoft package (Power point, Microsoft Office, and Excel);
High sense of Responsibility and Commitment;
High team spirit;
You speak English, French and Portuguese fluently.
Responding and providing resolution to inquiries and requests on HR topics both via phone and via e-mails within 48 hours;
Working closely with the HRO’s and Managers of the country assigned;
Identifying recurrent trends of questions/issues and think of solution with the HR Officer;
Providing trainings on HR applications and taking care of welcome meetings for the new employees of the department;
Retrieving and presenting of HR data statistics to support the development and review of policies and procedures;
Creating and updating a knowledge management Handbook.
