    Requirements

    We are looking for a competent Senior Administrative Back Office to join our internationally renowned team. For you to be our ideal candidate, you need to have excellent communication skills, both in English and Romanian, to have knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.), to be customer focused, highly organized, with the ability to multi task.

    Responsibilities

    What you have to do?

    - Conducting validations and verifications of transactions
    - Weekly and monthly financial reports
    - Provide excellent customer service for our Customers with queries about products, orders and billing information
    - Take phone calls and either assist or re-direct in a friendly and professional manner
    - Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating requirements, placing orders, stocking items
    - Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
    - Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
    - Plan in-house or off-site activities, like events, celebrations and conferences
    - Accomplishing new and different requests
    - Learning all aspects of the office processes
