Strong knowledge of Ms Office
Basics knowledge of IT (UML, requirements definition, services, front-end, back-end, batches, components…)
Strong Communication/Collaboration skills
Fast learner/Action Oriented/Initiative/Simplicity
Innovative and Creative
English and Italian knowledge with very good communication level

Interacts with all aspects of internal IT systems functionality
Participates in business requirements capture sessions (gathering, organizing and formalizing requirements)
Translates the business needs in information systems’ requirements, creating the business specifications documents.
Participates in use & test cases building in collaboration with technical staff.
Uses process design tools and methods (UML, RUP) for the process flow analysis.
Ensures the communication with business departments (Bank and Product Management) and agrees upon clear and feasible requirements.
Describes workflows by detailing a business use case, finding and specifying business workers and entities.
