Main responsibilities:
• Support for the sales team in the allocated area;
• Promoting new solutions/product packages together with the sales team;
• Organizing specialized workshops with the customers to properly identify their needs;
• Performs audits and analysis to create/adapt solutions targeted on the client’s business environment and needs;
• Offering consultancy to clients and preparing the written offers for them;
• Pitching the products to executives (IT/Acquisition/Financial/general management) from prospective clients in order to add new business to the company;
• Initiates/develops the project, adapting it to the technical and commercial solutions and to its complexity;
• Assists in developing the sales strategy and trains the sales consultants in order for them to implement it;

Requirements:
• University degree (Technical or Economics represents an advantage);
• Experience in business consultancy of at least 3 years;
• General software knowledge required (especially Microsoft SharePoint);
• Well-developed negotiation and communication skills;
• Self-organized and capable of holding training sessions;
• Positive attitude;
• Advanced computer skills (especially MS Office – Excel)
• Medium English level.
