German Speakers needed for a new project in Finance (1 year contract)

• Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
• Candidate should have basic knowledge of Accounts and Finance
• Candidate should be good in MS Excel
• Working knowledge on ERP systems like SAP / Oracle (optional)
• Is self-motivated, target driven, analytical, logical and excellent team player

• Ensure accurate & timely completion of invoice submission to Customers.
• Periodically review debtors ledger and follow up with customers to ensure Collection of outstanding within the agreed credit period with no overdues
• Coordinate with sales and customer contact team to resolve invoice disputes or contract issues as needed.
• Follow-up for Balance confirmation if applicable
• Sending MIS reports to Managers as and when required by Management
• Build and maintain relationships with external customers & Ensure optimum customer satisfaction levels
• Ensure correct documentation and related checks for order approval
