    Skills

    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
    • Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office;
    • Good command of English (both written and speaking);
    • Very good communication skills and ability to quickly integrate in a team;
    • Able to plan and organize, estimate deadlines, prioritize workload and complete
    multiple tasks in a timely manner;
    • High attention to detail but also maintaining an out of the box and bottom line
    approach;
    • Autonomous, rigorous, self-motivated and problem-solving attitude;
    • Ability to analyze data and make connections between different reports;
    • Proactivity and positive attitude;
    • Flexibility and dynamism.

    Responsabilitati

    Your future role

    • Update and analyze KPI’s through dashboards allowing us to understand and also
    explain the results of our activity – e.g. Dashboard Commerce; Dashboard HR;
    • Guarantees data compliance – figures and coherence with the BU orientation;
    • Assist the National Management Controller in the process of annual commercial
    budgeting;
    • Design and update the monthly dashboards of our activity for all the management
    controllers across the company;
    • Assist both the store and the headquarters employees, particularly the
    management controllers, on various matters such as - transmission and validation
    of figures, support, pedagogy;
    • Self-development by researching and identifying changes and innovations in the
    field of management control, both internally and externally;
    • Being actively involved in the life of the company by contributing to cross projects;
    • Provide any ad-hoc reports and analysis according to business requirements.
