Are you confused about your future? Do you want to learn how to go for a career you really love?

Microsoft Timisoara organizes a workshop dedicated to all the young women passionate about IT and who want to be inspired to grow in their career.
Tim IT Women is a four-hour event that wants to empower girls to develop new skills and follow their dream career. The event will have three speakers from different backgrounds as guests, their talks are designed to give you an insight on how to develop a career in the tech industry as a woman and to give you tips on how to make a successful career change.
We also want this event to be a networking opportunity, for you to meet other girls that share the same interests for self-growth and technology.
After encouraging and providing tolls for girls through 55 events & trainings in 28 countries all over the world, Microsoft Timisoara launched Tim IT Women as part of "Do IT, Girl" which is a wider movement to empower the next generation of women in tech. #MakeWhatsNext
