We are recruiting Customer Data Analyst for one of our clients, a fast growing Multinational company.

* Previous experience in vendor master team or in a service/support team is a plus
* Very good language skills both written and spoken in English
* French - min B2
* Good Excel knowledge; knowledge of SAP is a plus
* Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
* Results driven
* Disponible for work schedule: 09:00 – 17:30 /14:00 – 22:00

* Responsible for vendor master data management: this includes documents verification, financial check-up, sets up and maintenance of all vendors
* Responsible for vendor master/procurement-related tools – APEX and ESIP – handles queries, communicates with business partners and vendors through these tools
* The spirit of the role is to support the Procurement function (UK, US and Canada) and the P2P teams within the GBS
Liaises with Procurement Associates and associates from other departments from the BU or from the GBS (finance, HR etc) when further clarification of job to be done is required to ensure the task is completed accurately and effectively
* Works with various internal customers (procurement, P2P department, other support teams) in a collaborative manner to effectively and efficiently support procurement teams.
* Participates as a subject matter expert (SME) in vendor master projects / processes
