    • 5+ years proven experience as a Financial Controller / Business Partner;
    • University Degree in Economic Studies;
    • Fluent English;
    • Ability to work with different groups and levels;
    • Able to take the lead in internal discussions and negotiations;
    • Minimum 1 year in project and business analysis experience gained through relevant professional experience;
    • Stakeholder management (develop and maintain strong value added relationships);
    • High ownership of work product and commitment to driving results;
    • Ability to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines and multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities in a fast-moving environment.

    • Prepare presentations / reports with appropriate business explanations;
    • Interpret and analyze financial data predicting risks and opportunities;
    • Identify key financial and/or operational issues to be addressed and recommend solutions to address those issues;
    • Continuous development and update of business planning models based on current and expected developments of the business;
    • Prepare budgets, forecasts and long range plan;
    • Investigate the reasons for differences between the planned and actual results; identify trends; recommend actions to management;
    • Project monitoring, including analyzing achieved benefits;
    • Business partnering to Senior Management in financial and other matters.
