• 4 years of practical experience in Accounts Payable department related processes;
• Able to provide coaching and support to colleagues for professional problems in areas of expertise;
• Experience with at least one accounting software.
• Basic command of English (written and spoken); • Medium level (B2) of English (written and spoken);
• Knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook);
• Good knowle dge of posting, clearing, checking transactions in SAP FI / MM modules used in own activity.
• Analyzes the allocated vendors balance;
• Performs checks assigned in accordance with the internal control system.
• Accomplishment of the objectives assigned by the direct manager;
• Collaboration with the team members and the other departments from Global Solutions and Business; • Provides support to team for improving department activity, find new solutions in accordance with the team objectives and business' requirements;
• Contributes to projects and initiatives for improving team activities.
