Experience in French Payroll – minimum 5 years; (experience in payroll outsourcing highly appreciated);
Analytical and process oriented, able to identify problems and provide solutions with rigor;
High attention to details;
Good communication skills;
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality;
Fluent in French and good command of English .
You will join the HR group department, an international and multicultural group of HR specialists;
You will translate the strategy of the department to operational employees;
You will define objectives, allocate and monitor the proper implementation;
You will steer teams, on high-value projects, and monitor results;
You will transfer/teach your French payroll knowledge and be involved in the payroll process writing.
