Experience of minimum 2 - 3 years as a sales assistant or a KA Junior position;
English Level B 1;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel use Pivot Table, Word, Power Point), ERP;
Excellent analysis and synthesis skills (forecasts, budgets, comparative sales reports);
Ability to interpret and correlate information, prioritize tasks;
Attention to details, organized person, excellent communication skills with external clients (writing).
Preparing periodic reports for the company's management and analyzes based on the company's reporting systems;
Centralizing and introducing monthly product forecast and correction;
Providing information and reports as support for the sales team;
Providing support for KAM by completing listing sheets & product replacement, locking & unlocking products in IKA stores;
Ensuring communication with IKA buyers' assistants on various topics of interest to the company;
Centralizing and tracking the schedule for planning and implementing promotions in IKA networks;
Analyzing and delivering conclusions about the effectiveness of promotions;
Tracking and assessing stock level / products vs. monthly client forecasts and proposal for corrections into the system;
Point of contact for IKA regarding promotional plan, product replacements & listings;
Maintaining internal records of the IKA annual contracts and carrying out the actions stipulated therein.
