    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)


    — Handles daily interaction with Stakeholders, Commodity Buyers and Suppliers;
    — Handles within agreed timeframes purchase requisitions in scope across all procurement commodities;
    — Solve non compliance with impact in Country/Cluster Section Head;
    — Provides user support and customer service to stakeholders;
    — Runs Bidding process (if supplier is not already selected);
    — Analyzes requisitions, searches for potential suppliers according to commodity driven supplier list, run the simplified bidding process and select the supplier accordingly;
    — Identifies repetitive buys as candidate for catalogues and shares other sourcing ideas with Commodity Buyer;
    — Challenge and solve Europeans suppliers delays.


    — BS/MS degree, preferable in telecom, mechanical, automation or electric field;
    — Control of Purchasing methodology and of all stages of a purchasing process;
    — Knowledge of purchasing techniques (resourcing, make or buy, etc.);
    — Specialist of technical negotiation skill directly link to technical product and manufacturing process;
    — Knowledge of bought products/services;
    — Knowledge of project management methodologies;
    — Good knowledge of the ERP software;
    — Fluent in English, written and oral communication in French would be an advantage;
    — Technical standard know how ( process and conception) for a good capacity of negotiation;
    — Diligent, ensures deadlines are met and priorities are balanced accordingly;
    — Ability to handle multiple priorities within established timeframe;
    — Demonstrated affinity with commercial issues;
    — Analytical, numerate;
    — Team player, Good interpersonal skills;
    — Proven ability to work on own initiative;
    — Ability to follow procedures and sequential processes;
    — Customer achievement orientation.
