NOC Analyst (6 months period)

Job Context

Camusat is a multinational company with its presence all over the world and over 2000 employees. Since 40s the Company has grown and developed 5 business lines such as telecom sites construction and installation, equipment installation and commissioning, power system renewable energies, fix and fiber optic networks and managed services, maintenance and operations.

Job Function

To support our quick business lines expansion and new services offered to our clients, we need a NOC Analyst who will be responsible with monitoring through the internal apps the passive infrastructures and access networks.The NOC Analyst will report directly to the NOC Team Leader and will be exposed to a highly technological environment. He/She should be:

-Fluent with computer applications handling
-Basic level of English or French languages
-Distinguisher: any knowledge regarding sensors/probes, controllers, AC/DC power systems, MODBUS & SNMP protocols, TELCO systems & equipments, monitoring applications, ticketing tools
-Distinguisher: good level of communication in English or French languages
-Graduated of a high-school/college/university with mathematics/physics/technology profile
-Distinguishers: any technology certification/training (within power supply/electrical/automation/IT/TELCO)

-Monitoring alarms & events
-Basic troubleshooting
-Performing preventive maintenance tasks
-Managing escalations and dispatching
-Administration of information (by logging tickets & work orders, reporting)
