•University diploma, technical studies;
•Minimum 5 years of experience in positions with similar responsibilities, of which at least 3 years in companies with specific production;
•Specialization and authorization in Safety, Emergency situations, prevention and fire fighting;
•Knowledge of legislation in the field of health and safety at work and emergency situations;
•Microsoft Office User Skills (advanced level);
•Fluent in English;
•Very good acquaintance of laws and related regulations in the field
•Good PC skills and application skills in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
•Strong decision maker;
•Very good communication as well as negotiation skills;
•Ability to manage people and teams;
•Good foundation in process as well as project management.
•Identifies the dangers and assesses the risks on each job and workstation;
•Prepares the individual employment protection records for employment and provides general training for the protection of the new employees, distributing them to the bosses of working bands;
•Develops and updates the prevention and protection plan;
•Develops its own instructions for completing and / or applying health and safety regulations in the workplace, taking into account the particularities of the activities and of the unit, as well as of the workplaces / workstations;
•Proposes the responsibilities in the field health and safety, according to the functions exercised, recorded in the job description, with the employer's approval;
•Verifies the knowledge and application by all workers of the measures foreseen in the prevention and protection plan, as well as of their attributions and responsibilities in the field of security and health at work, established by the job description;
•Draws up the necessary technical documentation for informing and training workers in the field of safety and health at work;
•Develops the themes for all phases of training, establishes appropriate periodicity for each job, ensuring the information and training the workers in the field of safety and health at work;
•Highlights the workstations requiring additional medical exams, as well as those requiring proficiency testing and / or psychological control at the recommendation of the occupational health physician;
•Keeps the records of work equipment and personal protective equipment, and ensures that the regular checks, endowments, replacements, etc., are carried out in accordance with the legislation in force;
•Draws up reports on work accidents suffered by workers in the enterprise and / or establishment, in accordance with the legal provisions;
•Establishes organizational arrangements and responsibilities for fire protection;
•Prepares the individual SU records for employment and provides general training to protect the new employees;
•Draws up the fire protection instructions and assignments of employees to workplaces;
•Organizes the staff training.
