Field Services Representative

Job Purpose Summary:

The Field Service Representative will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and ensuring proper repair of the customer’s equipment. Your role will also include to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required.
Working as a member of the local services team to provide efficient service delivery to all customers assigned 
Perform troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair of customers' equipment
Maintaining communications with customers to ensure proper resolution and follow-up
Meeting the Health and Safety requirements and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
 
Requirements:

Technical University degree, Electrical engineering specialization preferred
2 or more years’ experience in servicing electrical equipment 
Intermediate English level
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package 
Attention to detail
