    Leads, manages and supports the implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives within the company;

    Manages the compliance with the ISO certifications.

    Drives correct, complete and accurate process mapping through the company.

    Logistics Analysis & Business support activities: DO Efficiency (C1 lists, DO performance, MOQ calculations, ABC/FMR), Collaborative Sales Forecast support, & other spot analysis as per business requirements.

    Logistics support responsible between SER internal departments & CEE LOGISTICS

    Qualifications

    • Fluent Romanian and English

    •Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)

    •Excellent organizational skills

    •Six Sigma Certification Yellow belt or Green Belt is a plus;

    •Proactive, dynamic, analytical thinking

    • Strong time management skills, able to multitask

    • SAP knowledge is a plus
