    Requirements

    On behalf of our client, a leading company active in the agricultural machinery industry, we are looking for a Logistic Specialist.

    Requiremets:

    Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience;
    Very good problem-solving skills;
    Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative;
    Proactively seeking best practices;
    Able to define and manage priorities;
    Good knowledge and understanding of EU regulations applying to logistics;
    Ability to handle workload variation;
    Good MS office skills, especially Excel;
    Advanced level in English, ability to communicate effectively.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Quantitative reception for products and upload in the ERP the products received in due time;
    Record the internal documents for traceability according with company’s procedures;
    Preparing the delivery documents for products /equipment’s according with UE legislation;
    Checking for documents required for quantitative reception (invoices, packing lists, customs declarations for goods arrived outside, quality certificates, etc.);
    Checking the goods received according with purchase order (quantity, value, standard cost, purchase request, the series of products, etc.);
    Collaboration with the purchase department in order to resolve all differences concerning the object received;
    Solve issues with logistics and transportation partners to ensure timely and quality delivery; Understand activity variability for the warehouse and take appropriate actions to ensure all shipments happen on time;
    Analyze and planning of costs and routes for the deliveries of the products;
    Seeking for root cause and capable of cost efficient working, of applying lean principles and avoid over-structuring;
    Checking and planning of the stocks according of the allocated target, taking over, negotiating and conveying transport (brokerage) contracts/orders;
    Solve issues with logistics and transportation partners to ensure timely and quality delivery.
