    For one of our dearest clients, an important online Social Casino and Casual Gaming company, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will build teams and select professionals through excellence in the recruitment process. This is an amazing opportunity to join a great team and really make a difference.

    Requirements:

    Fluency in English;
    Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter);
    Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
    Hands-on experience with various selection processes (interview, reference check etc);
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    Strong decision-making skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and needs' assessment together with the managers;
    Building applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites;
    Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications;
    Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, as well as through direct contact, using newsgroups and job sites;
    Managing the interviewing process;
    Making evaluations for applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
