For our client, one of the most important companies that provide engineering and contracting services for clients in industry and utilities, we are looking for two Project Managers with extended experiences in industrial developments.

Requirements:
Relevant technical skills in construction and in services;
Relevant experience in industrial developments;
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position;
Team player with an individual proactive approach and good communication skills;
Relevant degree of qualification — ideally university degree in civil engineering or similar;
Good written and spoken English;
Good written and spoken German is a plus;
Relevant IT skills, minimum XLS, MS Project, MS Word and able to read AutoCAD drawings.

Responsibilities:
Always acting in the best interest of the company;
Delivering the assigned project within the agreed within the agreed timing and budget (construction and services);
Respecting the contractual conditions;
Avoiding incidents, accidents, and environmental damages;
Avoiding nonconformities and ensuring the quality of works.

Tasks:
Interacting with the designers to optimize the construction design and to minimize the execution costs;
Verifying the technical details of execution before construction;
Preparing all the necessary detail with the help of the construction supervisors;
Reviewing and supervising timing schedule for execution drawings, material and subcontractor orders;
Reviewing and supervising timing schedule for execution of the works (resources and material flow);
Setting up meetings and discussing on a daily basis the execution of the works with the construction supervisor(s);
Preparing and making follow-ups of the detailed execution schedule;
Participating in the selection of the subcontractors;
Managing the subcontractors and the execution of the works;
Setting up and implementing the quality plan;
Discussing and finalizing Risk Assessments and Method Statements with the HSE prior to execution;
Ensuring the implementation of RAMS;
Ensuring the registration of all information necessary for the handover;
Reporting to the Coordinating Project Manager and the Project Director;
Participating in the review meetings with the CPM, PD, and Client;
Interacting with the HSE Responsible;
Being pro-active and escalating the eventual problems;
Verifying costs vs budget;
Preparing monthly measurement sheets to present them to the client for review purposes;
Reviewing the measurement sheets of the subcontractors.
